Locally higher winds and seas can be expected in and near tstms. .SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A weak stationary front will remain S of the region today into Mon, while a weak high pressure prevails over most of the waters. The high will shift E and NE of the area late today through Sun. Weak low pressure will form and drift E and NE along the stalled front to the S of the waters today into Mon, before passing E of the area later Mon into Mon night as a weak high pressure ridge develops over the waters. A weak cold front will approach from the N Tue and Tue night as a low pressure trough develops along the coast.
