.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front across the waters will linger
tonight into Thu before dissipating. High pressure will persist
N of the area tonight into Fri night. Another area of high
pressure will build into the waters Sat into Sun night, then
persist into Mon night. Chesapeake NAVTEX is reported inoperable.
