.SYNOPSIS...Strong high pressure will persist NE of the waters
through Fri night. A cold front will near the coast along the SE
US Thu but will stall and dissipate by Fri. Chesapeake NAVTEX is
reported inoperable. Technicians are aware. We apologize for the
