.SYNOPSIS...A stationary front across the S waters will linger
tonight into Thu before dissipating. High pressure over the N and
central waters will drift into the S waters tonight, then shift E
of the area Thu and Thu night. The high will maintain a ridge
over the central and S waters Fri into Mon night. Chesapeake
NAVTEX is reported inoperable. Technicians are aware. We
