.DISCUSSION...Hot conditions are forecast to ramp up, especially
on Wednesday. Highs will climb into the mid to upper 90s, with
about a 15-20% chance that high temperatures eclipse 100 degrees
near San Leandro. Overnight low temperatures will remain mild,
with values in the mid-to-upper 60s. This will mean that
there will not be much relief from the heat during the overnight
hours into Wednesday morning. Be sure to abide by heat safety
protocols and encourage individuals to stay hydrated with plenty
of water and electrolytes.
