...FIRE WEATHER CONCERNS NOT EXPECTED TODAY...

.DISCUSSION: Two rounds of rain, will lift through Upper Michigan
today and tonight. The first round lifts northeast this morning
into the early afternoon and the second late this evening and
tonight. This second wave may have some thunderstorms embedded
within. Total rainfall amounts may eclipse 0.5 inches across the
south-central and east. Along with the initial wave, a strong low
level jet will move through the region, supporting gusty southerly
winds upwards of 25-35 mph. Strongest winds will be in higher
terrain areas and downwind of these terrain features near Lake
Superior. Daytime highs should be in the 60s with minimum RH
values in the 70s.
