.River levels continue their steady decline with more rain incoming
later this week, arriving Thursday and lasting into Friday. While
this second round of rainfall for the week will cause some leveling
or even rises in water levels, we are not expecting to crest close
to what we previously have. The main concerns will be
quick-responding rivers especially the Minnesota and basins in
southern Minnesota where the greatest amounts are currently expected
to be.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.
