.DISCUSSION...

Fire weather concerns will remain low even as ERC values trend
upward to near the 75th percentile across the Permian Basin.
Min RHs over the next several days remain above critical levels
with good recoveries. Expect gusty winds today and Wednesday, but
mainly during the overnight hours. Storms will pose a risk for
lightning starts along with containing gusty, erratic winds.
Temperatures will remain above normal through Thursday before
cooler and more widespread rain chances arrive Friday into the
weekend.
