* IMPACTS...At 24.3 feet, Highway 94 near Portland begins flooding
  near this height.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:54 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 22.8 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:54 AM CDT Thursday was 22.8 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to rise to a crest of 24.5
    feet this afternoon. It will then fall below flood stage
    Tuesday afternoon.
  - Flood stage is 17.0 feet.
