For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A cold front stalled just south of the area across
Pennsylvania will dissipate tonight. A weak 29.7 inch low over
lower Michigan Friday will move across the lower Great Lakes
Saturday before moving down the Saint Lawrence Valley and
dissipating Sunday. A 30.1 inch high will then build into the Ohio
Valley and New England Sunday night through Monday before drifting
off the east coast Tuesday.
