...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT EAST CENTRAL HARRISON...
CLARK...EASTERN FLOYD...OLDHAM...SOUTHERN TRIMBLE AND JEFFERSON
COUNTIES THROUGH 200 PM EDT...

At 129 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms along
a line extending from 10 miles north of Prospect to Pleasure Ridge
Park. Movement was east at 40 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Louisville, Jeffersonville, New Albany, Jeffersontown, St. Matthews,
Shively, Lyndon, La Grange, Middletown, and Douglass Hills.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 700 PM EDT for
south central Indiana...and central Kentucky.
