742 FZUS54 KLCH 042024 CWFLCH Coastal Waters Forecast National Weather Service Lake Charles LA 324 PM CDT Thu Jul 4 2024 Coastal waters from the Lower Atchafalaya River LA to High Island TX out 60 nautical miles including Sabine and Calcasieu Lakes and Vermilion and Cote Blanche Bays Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest one third of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average highest ten percent of the waves. GMZ400-050900- 324 PM CDT Thu Jul 4 2024 .SYNOPSIS... High pressure aloft will continue to weaken overhead tomorrow, allowing for another day of diurnally driven showers and thunderstorms. Coverage looks to again be fairly scattered tomorrow, but may become more widespread over the weekend as ridging overhead fully breaks down. Light to occasionally moderate onshore flow and low seas will prevail through the next couple of days.
