.DISCUSSION...

Hot and humid conditions are expected with scattered showers
developing as early as 10 AM with isolated storms beginning to
develop and push inland around 1 to 3 pm. Thunderstorms will move
inland by 4 PM and are not expected to redevelop at the beaches
through the rest of the day. Sea breeze winds (from the east) will
trend to the ESE during the firework display, with speeds around
5-9 mph.
