.SYNOPSIS...

Weakening high pressure off the eastern seaboard will shift winds
to offshore into the weekend. Southeasterly winds develop along
the nearshore waters each afternoon as the Atlantic sea breeze
shifts inland. A slowing frontal boundary will approach the
waters from the north over the weekend and weaken across the
waters early next week.
