MARION AND CENTRAL MARLBORO COUNTIES THROUGH NOON EDT...

At 1102 AM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a broad wind shift line
extending west to east from near Hartsville South Carolina eastward
to near Wilmington. This boundary has been producing winds in and
around 40 mph at times.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects.

Locations impacted include...
Wilmington, Florence, Leland, Bennettsville, Hartsville, Marion,
Dillon, Darlington, Carolina Beach, Whiteville, Mullins, Shallotte,
Wrightsville Beach, Kure Beach, Snows Cut, South Masonboro Island,
Figure Eight Island, Rich Inlet, Johnny Mercer Pier, and North
Masonboro Island.

This includes the following highways...
 Interstate 40 between mile markers 412 and 416.
 Interstate 20 between mile markers 125 and 141.
 Interstate 140 between mile markers 15 and 20.
 Interstate 95 in South Carolina near mile marker 146, and between
mile markers 155 and 198.
 Interstate 95 in North Carolina between mile markers 1 and 8.
 US Route 17 in Brunswick County between mile markers 15 and 44.
