Storms will be capable of moderate to heavy rain, gusty outflow winds to 40 mph, small hail and frequent lightning. Active weather continues Tuesday as a strong disturbance moves through. Conditions begin to dry out mid to late week as high pressure builds to the west of the region following the storm system on Tuesday. .REST OF TODAY...
