204 FNUS75 KGJT 160406 FWSGJT Spot Forecast for Kathy...BLM National Weather Service Grand Junction CO 1006 PM MDT Mon Jul 15 2024 Forecast is based on forecast start time of 2200 MDT on July 15. If conditions become unrepresentative, contact the National Weather Service. .DISCUSSION... High pressure will remain centered over northern New Mexico and will move westward over the coming days. Where this convection sets up will be difficult to pin down day by day but the chance does exist for some convection to fire around the wildfire. Outside of any convection, winds will be west through northwesterly around 10 to 12 mph with occasional gusts to around 20 mph. .REST OF TONIGHT... Sky/weather.........Partly cloudy (35-45 percent).
