...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Iowa...

  Little Sioux River At Linn Grove affecting Cherokee, O`Brien,
  Buena Vista and Clay Counties.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the
dangers of flooding.

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring.

* WHERE...Little Sioux River at Linn Grove.

* WHEN...Until late tomorrow morning.

* IMPACTS...At 18.5 feet, the city park in Sioux Rapids is flooded.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 7:00 AM CDT Tuesday the stage was 18.1 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 7:00 AM CDT Tuesday was 18.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to continue to fall, but
    remain in flood for at least the next couple of days.
  - Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
