Snake River and Two Rivers River...

A High Water Notice is issued when river levels are high but are
 expected to remain below flood stage for the forecast period.

For the Red River of the North at East Grand Forks
* At 07 AM Wednesday July 03 the stage was 23.55 feet.
* Minor Flood Stage...28.0 feet.
* The river is expected to remain below flood stage during this
  seven day forecast period.

For the Red River of the North at Fargo
* At 08 AM Wednesday July 03 the stage was 17.82 feet.
* Minor Flood Stage...18.0 feet.
* The river is expected to remain below flood stage during this
  seven day forecast period.

For the Snake River at Warren
* At 07 AM Wednesday July 03 the stage was 66.02 feet.
* Minor Flood Stage...67.0 feet.
* The river is expected to remain below flood stage during this
  seven day forecast period.

For the Two Rivers River at Hallock
* At 08 AM Wednesday July 03 the stage was 800.57 feet.
* Minor Flood Stage...802.0 feet.
* The river is expected to remain below flood stage during this

For the Red River of the North at Oslo
* At 08 AM Wednesday July 03 the stage was 21.42 feet.
