For Devils Lake...

30 mph. Waves 1 foot or less building to 1 to 3 feet. Showers
likely through the day. Slight chance of thunderstorms late in
the morning. Mostly cloudy. Highs in the 60s.
.TONIGHT...Breezy. Northeast winds 15 to 25 mph. Waves 1 to
3 feet. Partly cloudy in the evening then becoming mostly cloudy.
Lows around 50.
.WEDNESDAY...Northeast winds 15 to 20 mph. Waves 1 foot or less.
Mostly cloudy. Highs 65 to 75.
