.Scattered showers and thunderstorms are expected over the
Sacramento Mountains again on Friday.  Some of these storms could
produce some locally heavy rainfall over the recent burn scars and
produce flash flooding.

...FLOOD WATCH IN EFFECT FROM FRIDAY AFTERNOON THROUGH FRIDAY
EVENING...

* WHAT...Flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.

* WHERE...A portion of south central New Mexico, including the
  following areas, East Slopes Sacramento Mountains Below 7500 Feet
  and Sacramento Mountains Above 7500 Feet.

* WHEN...From Friday afternoon through Friday evening.

* IMPACTS...Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers,
  creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations,
  especially around the Salt and South Fork burn scars. Storm drains
  and ditches may become clogged with debris.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - Heavy rains are possible over the Salt and South Fork burn
    scars Friday afternoon and evening.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

You should monitor later forecasts and be alert for possible Flood
Warnings. Those living in areas prone to flooding should be prepared
to take action should flooding develop.
