* WHEN...From late tonight to late Saturday evening.
* IMPACTS...At 28.0 feet, Low-lying areas along the river begin to
flood.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- The estimated stage at 1pm was near 25 feet.
- Forecast...The river will rise above flood stage late tonight
to 28.4 feet early tomorrow afternoon. It will then fall
below flood stage late tomorrow evening to 17.5 feet early
Sunday afternoon.
- Flood stage is 28.0 feet.
