* WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast.
* WHERE...Blue River at 71 Highway Kansas City.
* WHEN...Until just after midnight tonight.
* IMPACTS...At 27.0 feet, Flooding begins to affect South Hickman
Mills Road and Blue River Road.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
- At 5:00 AM CDT Thursday the stage was 22.7 feet.
- Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage
this morning to a crest of 29.1 feet late this morning. It
will then fall below flood stage this afternoon.
- Flood stage is 27.0 feet.
