...The Flood Warning is extended for the following rivers in
Minnesota...

  Vermilion River near Crane Lake affecting far northern St. Louis
  County.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

www.weather.gov/duluth.

The next statement will be issued by Thursday afternoon at 130 PM
CDT.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM THIS AFTERNOON TO WEDNESDAY,
JULY 10...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and forecast to continue.

* WHERE...Vermilion River near Crane Lake.

* WHEN...Until Wednesday, July 10.

* IMPACTS...At 12.0 feet, flooding of Gold Mine Road and public
  river access begins.
  At 14.0 feet, Gold Mine Road flooding likely at public river
  access.  Access to Gold Mine Camp affected.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 12:30 PM CDT Wednesday the stage was 13.9 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to continue to create minor
    flooding as it rises to a crest of 14.4 feet Thursday. It
    will then gradually recede through this weekend and into next
    week. Brief additional, minor rises are possible if
    additional rain falls.
  - Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
  - Flood safety information can be found at
