  County. In northeast Minnesota, St. Louis County.

* WHEN...Until 530 PM CDT Friday.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding along lake shores and in backwater areas.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 1235 PM CDT Thursday, gauge reports and emergency
    management indicated high water with ongoing minor flooding.
  - Primary impacts are expected to the lowest lying structures
    along lakes including docks, boat houses, and buildings and
    roads that are close to the shoreline.
    - Gradual rises will continue on Namakan, Kabetogama, and
    Rainy Lakes. Namakan and Kabetogama Lakes may crest late this
    week into the weekend and rates of rise should slow until
    that time.
    - Water levels have crested on Lac La Croix and Crane Lake.
    - Water will be slow to come down once it starts receding and
    additional rainfall expected this weekend may lengthen the
    time of high water.
    - Boaters should expect high water, potentially hidden
    underwater hazards, partially to completely submerged docks,
    and strong currents in constricted areas.
    - End time of the advisory may be extended into next week
    with future updates.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    International Falls, Kabetogama, Crane Lake, Kettle Falls,
