...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT EASTERN CHEYENNE COUNTY THROUGH
345 PM MDT...

At 314 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm over
Sidney, moving east at 30 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph and penny size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Sidney, Lodgepole, Colton, Sunol, Brownson, Lorenzo, Sidney Municipal
Airport, and Cheyenne County Fairgrounds.

This includes Interstate 80 in Nebraska between mile markers 51 and
77.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 700 PM MDT for
the Panhandle of Nebraska.
