.DISCUSSION...Hazardous fire weather concerns are expected today
with poor relative humidity recoveries early this morning over the
Red Flag area. Daytime minimum humidities will range between 8 to
13 percent over most of southeast Wyoming. Fuels are still quite
green along and east of the I-25 corridor, with locally elevated
conditions possible in those areas. Otherwise, cooler temperatures
and wetter conditions are expected Thursday through Saturday with
improving fire weather concerns.
