.DISCUSSION...

Elevated to near-critical fire weather conditions are expected on Tuesday
and Wednesday afternoon for areas mainly along and west of the Laramie
Range w/ RHs in the lower teens and wind gusts 35-45 MPH. Fuel conditions
preclude the issuance of a Red Flag Warning at this time. There is a risk
for strong to severe thunderstorms over northern and eastern districts on
Wednesday afternoon. Independence Day is expected to feature a seasonably
cool air mass for most areas, with daytime highs in the 70s.
