The areas affected include...
  Waters from South Santee River to Edisto Beach out 40 NM...

* At 435 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms,
  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots, and waterspouts.
  These strong thunderstorms were located along a line from over
  Capers Reef to near Edisto Sixty Reef, moving east at 10 knots.

Locations impacted include...
  Joe Shuford Reef, Charleston Sixty, Capers Reef, Charleston
  Nearshore Reef, Rattlesnake Shoal, Air Force Reef, Charleston
  Coastal Anglers, Capers Island Buoy, Bull Breakers, Lowcountry
  Anglers, Jimmy Leland Tug, Kiawah Reef and N. Edisto Nearshore
  Reef.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Mariners can expect gusty winds to around 30 knots, locally higher
waves, lightning strikes, and heavy downpours. Boaters should seek
safe harbor immediately until these storms pass.
