The areas affected include...
Waters from Savannah GA to Altamaha Sound GA out 20 NM, including
Grays Reef National Marine Sanctuary...

* At 1149 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorms,
  capable of producing winds to around 30 knots. These strong
  thunderstorms were located along a line from over Sapelo Buoy S to
  over Altamaha Sound, moving southeast at 10 knots.

Locations impacted include...
  Doboy Sound Buoy D, A L T Buoy, Altamaha Sound, D R H Buoy, John
  Bird and Tug Rio Caroni.
