Isolated to scattered showers and thunderstorms are again
forecast for this afternoon through tonight across the northern
Plains. A few storms in South Dakota may be strong to severe.
Highs today will be in the mid 70s to mid 80s.

For Independence Day, expect scattered to numerous showers and
thunderstorms across the region, with perhaps an isolated severe
storm over southern Minnesota. Temperatures will cool into the
70s to lower 80s for most places. The weekend will then see
isolated to scattered thunderstorms at times, with high
temperatures remaining in the 70s to lower 80s.
