Showers and thunderstorms will be found across western portions
of the region today, while eastern portions remain generally dry.
High temperatures today will generally be in the upper 70s to
upper 80s. An isolated strong to severe storm is also possible
today through tonight, mainly in eastern Montana and the western
Dakotas. Another round of thunderstorms are possible tonight
through Wednesday across the region. A few of these storms could
be strong to severe along with torrential rainfall. Temperatures
on Wednesday will cool into the 70s to low 80s. The rest of the
workweek sees near to slightly below average temperatures.
Generally dry conditions are forecast for the Dakotas, with some
scattered showers and thunderstorms possible in Minnesota.
