Shower and thunderstorm chances, possibly strong to severe at
times, look to continue through the end of the week. Cooler highs
in the 70s are expected in the east today, with 80 degree readings
in western parts of the region. Temperatures will continue to
trend warmer with highs in the 80s Friday and Saturday followed
by an overall very slight cooling trend into early next week.
