Localized heavy rainfall is possible from the aforementioned thunderstorms and showers. High temperatures are forecast to remain in the 70s to lower 80s into the weekend. A warming and drying trend is expected for next week, as an upper level ridge develops across the western United States into the Rockies warming temperatures as the ridge moves eastward. $$
