...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT NORTH CENTRAL SAN MIGUEL COUNTY
THROUGH 430 PM MDT...

At 406 PM MDT, Doppler radar was tracking strong thunderstorms near
Maes, or 26 miles south of Wagon Mound, moving northeast at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph and nickel size hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to vegetation is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Maes, Trujillo, and Trementina.

This includes State Road 104 between Mile Markers 22 and 49.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If threatening weather approaches your area, take shelter in a sturdy
building.

Torrential rainfall is also occurring with these storms and may lead
to localized flooding. Do not drive your vehicle through flooded
roadways.
