...STRONG THUNDERSTORMS WILL IMPACT FRANKLIN AND NORTHEASTERN
SEBASTIAN COUNTIES THROUGH 345 PM CDT...

At 307 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated strong thunderstorm outflow
winds along a line extending from 3 miles south of Dyer to 2 miles
northwest of Fort Chaffee to 5 miles south of Echo. Movement was
east at 35 mph. Thunderstorms were located west of the outflow winds
will move across the advisory area and also pose a risk of locally
strong winds.

HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 50 mph.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down small tree limbs and blow
         around unsecured objects.
