Upper level ridging will continue to dominate over the Northern Rockies through Monday night; with well above normal temperatures, overall dry conditions, and light east to southeast winds. An upper level disturbance over the Eastern Pacific will then begin to slowly slide eastward from Tuesday through Thursday; which will lead to the flattening of the upper level ridge over the Northern Rockies. Well above normal, and potentially record breaking, temperatures and overall dry conditions will persist through this flattening of the upper level ridge; however, westerly winds will increase each day and peak on Thursday as the ridge is completely broken down.
