.DISCUSSION...Today will be a higher threat heavy rain day for the
Silver King Fire Burn Scar. The most likely range of rainfall is
0.50-1.00, with a 10% chance precipitation will be as high as
1.50-1.75". That higher range will depend on the residence time of
any convection on the wildfire location. Longer, stronger storms
over the burn scar for longer periods of time will increase the
odds of those higher amounts.

The heavy rain threat will continue through 0300 to 0600.

Another round of showers and thunderstorms is expected Monday,
but amounts look to be less, with the most likely range in the
0.10-0.40" range. Drier air will gradually shift across the area
later Tuesday into Wednesday.
