.DISCUSSION...An extremely dry airmass will remain across the area
today under a north-northwest flow aloft. After another night of
very poor RH recovery near 20 percent, values will fall below 10%
by 0900, with RH near or below 5% persisting throughout the
afternoon and early evening. Winds will be weaker than what was
observed the past couple of days, with a general east-northeast
flow into the afternoon before this north-northwest flow mixes
down to the surface mid to late afternoon. Another night of poor RH
recovery can be expected tonight. Temperatures will trend warmer
Tuesday as high pressure begins to build into the region.
