.SYNOPSIS FOR PUERTO RICO AND THE U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS WATERS...
Strong surface high pressure anchored across the west-central
Atlantic will maintain moderate to locally fresh easterly winds.
However, a passing tropical wave will bring fresh to locally strong
winds between Friday and Saturday, along with increased showers and
thunderstorms. Consequently, choppy to hazardous seas for small craft
are likely. Precautionary statements will remain in effect, and Small
Craft Advisories have been issued for portions of the local waters
starting this evening.
