This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for south central Arkansas,
southwest Arkansas, north central Louisiana, northwest Louisiana,
southeast Oklahoma, east Texas and northeast Texas.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Scattered showers and thunderstorms will be possible across portions
of East Texas and North Louisiana this afternoon with any convective
activity gradually diminishing later this evening.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Sunday through Friday.

Scattered showers and thunderstorms will be possible once again on
Sunday into early next week with increasing chances of rain more
likely by the end of the week with an advancing frontal boundary
expected to arrive on Thursday.

In addition, the combination of high temperatures climbing into the
mid and upper 90s, along with increasing relative humidity values,
will allow for heat index values to approach dangerous levels during
the early to middle part of next week across a large portion of our
Four-State region.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
