.DISCUSSION...Upper level ridging will keep conditions dry
throughout the weekend over the fire. Persistent onshore flow will
serve to moderate temperatures and keep daytime min RH values in
check and well above any critical thresholds. This will also
foster good overnight recoveries. Surface winds will remain north
to northwesterly Saturday before becoming more westerly after
2000 Saturday evening. Speeds overnight may be slightly faster
than those during the day
