At 435 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a cluster of strong thunderstorms over Piney Creek, or over Mouth Of Wilson. These storms were nearly stationary. Other storms were developing just west of Jefferson. HAZARD...Wind gusts up to 40 mph. Heavy rain. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around unsecured objects. Runoff from heavy rain may flood roadside ditches and wash debris onto the highway. Locations impacted include...
