This Hazardous Weather Outlook is for central North Carolina.

.DAY ONE...Today and tonight.

Hazardous weather is not expected at this time.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...Tuesday through Sunday.

Above normal temperatures will continue through mid week. The
hottest days will be Tuesday and Wednesday, when heat index values
could reach around 105. This extended period of hot weather can
increase the risk of heat related illnesses.

In addition, an approaching cold front late in the week will stall
out across the region from Thursday into Saturday. This coupled with
deep moisture will favor the potential for flash flooding. There is
currently a level 1 out of 4 risk for excessive rainfall during this
period.

.SPOTTER INFORMATION STATEMENT...

Spotter activation is not expected at this time.
