...THE SEVERE THUNDERSTORM WARNING FOR SOUTHERN FAIRFIELD AND SOUTH
CENTRAL NEW HAVEN COUNTIES WILL EXPIRE AT 545 PM EDT...

The storms which prompted the warning have weakened below severe
limits, and have exited the warned area. Therefore, the warning will
be allowed to expire. A Special Weather Statement has been issued
for wind gusts up to 40 mph.

A Severe Thunderstorm Watch remains in effect until 800 PM EDT for
southern Connecticut...and southeastern New York.
