...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WILL IMPACT SOUTHERN MIDDLESEX COUNTY
THROUGH 545 PM EDT...

At 515 PM EDT, Doppler radar was tracking a strong thunderstorm near
Old Lyme, or near Old Saybrook, moving south at 20 mph.

HAZARD...Winds in excess of 30 mph and half inch hail.

SOURCE...Radar indicated.

IMPACT...Gusty winds could knock down tree limbs and blow around
         unsecured objects. Minor hail damage to outdoor objects is
         possible.

Locations impacted include...
Old Saybrook, Chester, Old Lyme, Westbrook, Lyme, Essex, Deep River,
Fenwick, and Saybrook Manor.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

If outdoors, consider seeking shelter inside a building.
