.SYNOPSIS...The north portion of a tropical wave moving westward
across SW Mexican offshore waters will continue to support
scattered showers and thunderstorms across the Bay of Campeche and
SW Gulf through this evening. Otherwise, a weak surface ridge
will maintain gentle to moderate winds and slight seas across most
of the basin through Thu.
