Atlantic from 07N to 19N W of 55W.

Seas given as significant wave height, which is the average

.SYNOPSIS...A tropical wave in the W Caribbean will contribute to
scattered convection along with locally heavy rainfall across the
far western basin through Sat. The pressure gradient between the
Bermuda High and lower pressure in the SW Caribbean associated
with the E Pacific monsoon trough will support fresh to strong
trades across most of the central and SW Caribbean through early
next week. Winds will pulse to near- gale force off Colombia and
in the Gulf of Venezuela, with rough seas. Fresh to strong winds
over the Gulf of Honduras will continue through the weekend.
