offshore to the Hague Line, except to 1000 fm south of New
England.

.SYNOPSIS FOR NEW ENGLAND WATERS...A series of weak low pressure
troughs will move E across the waters tonight into Wed. High
pressure will build E towards the area Wed through Thu, move
offshore Fri, then shift E of the region Fri night through Sat
night while maintaining a ridge across the waters. High pressure
will slide east Sun while Ernesto passes S and E of the SE
waters Sun and Sun night as a hurricane. See the latest advisory
