.SYNOPSIS FOR CALIFORNIA WATERS...A weak low pressure center over
the far NE waters will pass N of the waters early tonight. High
pressure will build in from W and strengthen Wed through Thu
night then persist just W of the area through Sat night. The high
pressure area just W of the waters will then merge with stronger
high pressure to the W Sat and Sat night. High pressure will then
continue to build NW of the area Sun and Sun night. A low
pressure trough will remain near the California coast through Sun
night.
