.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...High pressure to the
W of the waters will slowly drift W through Tue. A low pressure
trough near Vancouver Island will weaken and dissipate today. A
weak cold front will approach tonight, move SE across the waters
Tue into Wed, then pass S of the waters later Wed. High pressure
will slowly build behind the front Wed and Wed night, then
persist across the region through Fri night.
