.SYNOPSIS FOR WASHINGTON AND OREGON WATERS...A trough of low
pressure will move SE across the waters tonight through Thu, then
merge with low pressure SW of the waters Thu night. A ridge of
high pressure will slowly build across the waters behind the
trough Wed through Sat. Sat night the ridge will weaken as broad
low pressure forms and drifts across the northern portions
through Sun night.
